A day in the life of waiter In Denmark

#Memory2017 #Copenhagen

Everybody should get a taste of life as a waiter, because then perhaps we would treat those who wait on us better. Working in a restaurant particularly in service-based economies such as Denmark is long and unsocial working hours, undervalued and thankless job positions.

Greeting and seating guests, this role is usually seen as the first step into the culinary world for those who are passionate about food and hospitality. Taking food orders, interacting with them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, remembering the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks. I believe dealing with people of various characters is one of the toughest jobs in the world!
